How quickly will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders the same day. Guaranteed for orders placed by 3:00 PM.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?

We ship all packages with GLS. As fast shipping is standard here.

How much is shipping?

Ab 100€ Bestellwert schenken wir dir den Versand. Bis 100€ kostet der Versand 8,99€. Bei sehr schweren Bestellungen über 100kg machen wir ein individuelles Angebot.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You can track your parcel with GLS parcel tracking.

Is express shipping also possible?

Yes, we also offer express delivery. In this case, delivery is guaranteed on the next day by 5:00 PM if the order is placed by 3:00 PM.

Returns & Refunds

What should I do if the delivered goods are defective or do not meet my expectations?

In case of defective goods, please send a short email with pictures to info@ccb-parts.shop.

How do returns work?

Once we have approved the return, we will send you a shipping label for the return shipment.

How do I need to pack the goods for return?

Ideally, you should return the goods in the same packaging material in which you received them. Otherwise, pack them very well so that no damage occurs.

How long do I have to return products?

Wir akzeptieren Rücksendungen bis zu 14 Tage nach Erhalt der Bestellung.

Can only companies or also private individuals order?

Both private individuals and businesses can order from us.

Do I receive an invoice as a company?
