The Mini Chain Tensioner 35-1 is the compact all-rounder for automatic chain tensioning in confined spaces. With its arched profile design, it reliably keeps chains up to 5/8 inch pitch under constant tension – ideal for e-cargo bikes, cargo bikes, machinery, and mobile systems. The straightforward screw mounting on the robust angle base allows for quick installation with a maximum center distance of 200 mm. Two selectable spring strengths adapt flexibly to different loads – from lightweight city bikes to heavily loaded transport vehicles. The result: constant chain tension, minimal maintenance, and significantly longer chain life.
